PLAYGROUNDがこれまでの5年間で取り扱ってきたNIKEのスニーカー・珠玉の100足をセレクトし、それをまとめた本を出版。

全200ページ以上、100足の紹介、特別コラムなどもある読み応えのある1冊です。
トレンドや時代に左右されず、PLAYGROUNDとして提案してきた100足がここにあります。紙媒体で残すことにより、今の時代を生きるスニーカー好きにとっての辞典になるような1冊です。

写真の撮り方、100足の並び順、紹介文章、本の構成など、こだわり約1年の月日をかけ完成させた、PLAYGROUNDの5年間の軌跡を表した集大成です。

PLAYGROUND has selected 100 pairs of NIKE sneakers that we have handled over the past five years, and will publish a book that compiles them.

The book is more than 200 pages in total, and includes an introduction to the 100 pairs as well as a special column.
Here are the 100 pairs we have proposed as PLAYGROUND, unaffected by trends and times. By preserving them in paper format, this book will become a dictionary for sneaker lovers living in the current era.

It took about a year to complete the book, and it is a compilation of PLAYGROUND's five-year history, including how the photos were taken, the order of the 100 pairs, the introductory text, and the book's structure.

2018年、富ヶ谷 (渋谷区) にオープンしたセレクトショップ PLAYGROUND。

様々なブランドのスニーカーのセレクトや、オリジナルのブランドである「PG」を展開。

多くのスニーカーに目にし、多くのスニーカーに足を通し、多くのスニーカーを所有することで気付き、またこの知見を生かし、伝統的な意匠や機能に敬意を表しつつ、PLAYGROUND独自の視点を加えて作り上げたオリジナルスニーカーブランドです。

PLAYGROUND, a select shop, opened in Tomigaya (Shibuya Ward) in 2018.

It offers a selection of sneakers from various brands and also features its own original brand, “PG.”

Through experiencing numerous sneakers—seeing them, wearing them, and owning them—the brand gained insights that were then applied to create an original sneaker brand. This brand pays homage to traditional designs and functionality while incorporating PLAYGROUND's unique perspective.
