This helps international carriers process your shipment accurately and reduces the risk of delays.

• Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international shipments.
2. Shipping Destinations, Methods & Carriers
• We ship internationally from Japan to many countries and regions.
Depending on the destination, certain areas may not be serviceable due to carrier restrictions or local regulations.
• Available shipping options for your country will be shown at checkout based on your shipping address.
• Shipments are handled by reliable international courier services selected according to destination, parcel size and shipping conditions.

3. Processing Time & Estimated Delivery
• Order processing time
◦ Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days
(Monday–Friday, excluding Japanese national holidays).
◦ Pre-order or made-to-order items may require additional production time, as indicated on each product page.
• Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)
◦ Asia: approx. 3–7 business days
◦ North America / Europe: approx. 5–10 business days
◦ Oceania / Middle East / Other regions: approx. 7–14 business days
These timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to customs inspections, local delivery conditions, weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
• International orders are exempt from Japanese consumption tax (10%).
• Depending on your country’s import regulations, customs duties, VAT, and customs clearance or brokerage fees may be charged upon arrival.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
• For more detailed information about applicable taxes and duties, please contact your local customs office in advance.
5. Undeliverable Parcels & Return to Sender
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly.
• If a parcel is returned to us due to
◦ an incorrect or incomplete address,
◦ refusal to pay customs duties or taxes, or
◦ failure to collect the parcel within the local holding period,
we may treat the shipment as “undeliverable”.
• In such cases, we may:
◦ deduct the original shipping cost and any return charges imposed by the carrier from any refundable amount, or
◦ arrange re-shipping at the buyer’s expense, if re-delivery is possible.
Please note that some shipping fees and charges may be non-refundable once the parcel has been dispatched.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
We take great care in inspecting and packing each item before shipment.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item:
• Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery,
including your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
• After reviewing your case, we will propose an appropriate solution,
which may include replacement, repair or another form of support where feasible.
7. Returns & Exchanges for International Orders
• Apart from defective or incorrect items as described above,
we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders due to customer preferences
(such as size, fit, color, or change of mind).
