■生地 : 8.5オンス TCツイル生地
ハリがありしっかりとした8.5オンスのTCツイル生地を使用。
汚れに強く、しわになりにくいのが特徴です。

■ Fabric: 8.5oz TC Twill

Crafted from heavy-duty 8.5oz TC twill. This fabric is known for its crisp, sturdy feel, as well as its wrinkle-resistant and stain-repellent properties.

 

■加工：ハードストーンバイオウォッシュ / リメイク加工
元々の生地がとてもタフなためリアルな雰囲気を出すのがとても難しいTC素材。
今回はリアルな雰囲気を再現するために5工程の段階を経て仕上げております。膝部はそれぞれ異なる生地を当て布に用い、履き込んで破れた部分を補修するリペア風のリメイクを施しました。

■ Process: Hard Stone Bio-Wash / Custom Remake

TC twill is notoriously difficult to distress realistically due to its inherent toughness. To achieve this authentic vintage patina, the fabric underwent a rigorous five-stage finishing process. The knees feature distinct fabric patches, replicating a "repair-and-reinforce" look as if the original garment had been torn through years of wear and carefully mended.
