BONKNOW FREAKS 「TYPE-001 Sweat Trucker Jacket」をベースに、複数の染色・加工を重ねたBALANCE別注モデル。

ベースには、生地表面を染めながら芯に白さを残す反応染めを行い単調にならない、奥行きのある色合いに仕上げています。

さらに特殊なミストブリーチを施し、長い時間をかけて陽に晒されたような自然な退色を表現。
身頃には意図的に強く色を落とした箇所を設け、経年変化を思わせる濃淡を加えています。

仕上げには複数色の顔料をスプレー。
ブランド初となるREDにはBROWN / BLUE、定番のBLACKにはBROWN / GREENを重ね、部分的にWHITEを加えることで、それぞれ異なる色の揺らぎとグラデーションを形成しています。

複数の工程を重ねることで、単純なヴィンテージ加工では表現できない、複雑で奥行きのある表情に仕上げた別注アイテムです。

A BALANCE exclusive model based on the BONKNOW FREAKS “TYPE-001 Sweat Trucker Jacket,” created through multiple layers of dyeing and finishing processes.

The base fabric features reactive dyeing, which colors the surface while leaving the core white, resulting in a rich, multi-dimensional hue that avoids monotony.

Furthermore, a special mist-bleach treatment is applied to create a natural fade reminiscent of prolonged exposure to sunlight.
The body of the jacket features intentionally heavily faded sections, adding variations in shade that evoke the look of natural aging.

For the finishing touch, multiple pigment colors are sprayed onto the fabric.
For the brand’s first-ever RED colorway, BROWN and BLUE are layered over the base, while for the classic BLACK, BROWN and GREEN are layered, with WHITE added in select areas to create distinct color variations and gradients for each.

Through this multi-step process, this custom-made item achieves a complex, multi-dimensional look that cannot be replicated by simple vintage treatments.
